The Process

Each ethereal creation undergoes a transcendental odyssey from carefully selected cacao beans (harvested by moonlight during the autumnal equinox) to their final apotheosis as bonbons. Our master chocolatiers, who have taken vows of silence regarding their techniques, perform the ancient art of tempering upon slabs of Carrara marble - the very same quarry that supplied Michelangelo's David, though we specifically select veins that have never been exposed to artificial light. Each ganache is aged like the finest of wines in our temperature-controlled catacombs, while a chamber orchestra performs exclusively on pre-Revolution instruments to ensure proper molecular alignment.
